Hair Revolution with IT

I decided to write you all to inform you how quickly business has changed with the revolution of IT. As you all know, when this salon opened 5 years ago, we did everything plain and simple. everything was recorded by the book. tickets were made on paper. and your totals were tracked manually through your own keeping's.

5 years later, along with the remodeling of the salon, we have to change with the way we do business. As you all know, the world is quickly becoming dependent on technology and the amazing things that it has to offer. We will now be using the computer program STX: salon transcripts. Salon Transcripts creates great, simple and secure computer software services for the salon and spa industry, offering cutting-edge technology. We are now able to keep records of everyone's clients, their contact info, their history of services, as well keeping track of their hair color formulas. IS THIS A DREAM COME TRUE?! i know, i was just as relieved to know that i can have all of my clients in one spot, and never have to shuffle through my client cards again trying to recall what their color formula is.

This will also help our company grow and maintain its great reputation for excellence and help us do our role in this worlds ever growing GOING GREEN era. By using this computer system, we will eliminate a GREAT amount of paper that was used before. that means no more paper tickets. no more paper schedules with erase marks that make it unclear what a clients phone number is. isn't this just great!! Also, this gives our front desk receptionists the ability to quickly and effectively confirm appointments, remind customers when they are due for their next chemical processes, and build a solid relationship with our clientele. This program also allows us to track our inventory for retail products. From an owners prospective, it takes a large load off my shoulders for wondering if everything is tracked.

Overall, i am happy to say that this program will help our salon evolve and move forward with the rest of the technology-driven world. I am preparing a training session for the entire salon so that everyone will be able to partake in this program.
